The FastViewer-Client allows us to provide remote control to your PC’s. This can be used for service, updates and trainings. Please download the tool. There is no direct installation at you PC necessary.

To provide and assure optimal performance und uptime for your systems we provide support for our products and services. Optional we also provide support for you own created solutions.
Our standard support is available from mo. – fr. from 08:00 am till 05:00 pm. For you SLA we provide the options 5x 8 hour / 5x 10 hour / 7x 24 hour. The SLA specify also the kind of support, e.g. 3rd, 2nd or 1st level support. To clearyfy this please get in contact with us.
