The easiest way to answer this question I by using our OEE-Box. A simple interface between PC and your equipment/machine. Immediately to use without extensive preparation, it is self-explanatory.
Connect the sensors to measure the pass and fail parts direct at you equipment. Use the USB Interface of your PC, install the software and you can start already to evaluate the productivity of you equipment.
